Working hard!

Hello! Things are going well with me and Elder Loskutov! He says my Russian got way better in 2 transfers, and so did his English, so we don't really have problems understanding each other at all now! Ha ha.

I know that Elder Andersen extended his mission. He's trying to get me to, but I already told him that I probably won't... To be honest, this morning I was thinking maybe about taking the early date... I'm just getting kind of tired again. I'm happy! Probably the happiest I have been on my mission... But I'm tired. Ha ha. At least I know I'm working hard then, right?

Still haven't had a chance to buy shoes. We had a busy week with a Zone Leader Council with President, and also a split with Elder Nelson and Elder John Sherman (a new missionary) and we tried to get a lot of meeting and help as many people as possible during the split. I was with Elder Sherman. He's a quiet guy, but he is really nice and he is tall like me,  about my height. Big kid. People look up to both of us... ha ha.

Had fun helping Grisha at his Dacha. Afterwards he made us shashliki. Yum! Made me miss BBQ's at home. We already ate all the candy and granola bars you sent between me, Elders Anthony, Loskutov, Nelson, Way, and Tekulve. Made Enchiladas during the split and had a triple "What About Bob" moment from all Elders there. Ha ha! It was great. Today for P-day we are going to play soccer and help Elder Tekulve and his new comp elder Pace buy some Russian bibles since they don't know the city. We have to go to Vyborg next Tuesday for a Baptismal interview, so I'm excited about that. We'll do our split there, and I love Vyborg! Wish I could serve there again.
Can you send me my Priesthood line of Authority? It would be much appreciated.

We are slowly making progress with Erjo, our many investigator. He doesn't trust people very much ,and said he doesn't even trust God, but he now is praying and reading the Bible on his own. :) This week we went to many less active members houses and hlep them know that we haven't forgotten about them and that we want them to come back to church to learn about God more and help them. Right now I am studying planning and also the book of Jeremiah. That book is a classic example of how prophets MANY TIMES give us warning about what is to come and chances to repent, but people reject them and receive the consequences of their actions.

I sent your letter off today, along with a small one for KB that I  wrote a while ago. Sorry... It was a long time. I love you and miss you all! Gotta run. God lives! He loves us all. He is leading his church on the earth through is Prophets! Anyone who wants to know this for themselves can do what Christ said, and apply the teachings in their own life, and they will find out if they are from God.

Be of Good Cheer. Keep Smiling!
Love,
Blake
